Sometimes we encounter complications during a remodel that nobody planned for, such as discovering rot or deterioration in the walls or beams of the home. More than a contractor team, we are problem solvers. We have a lot of experience managing these types of complications and we are prepared to address them.
First and foremost, when an unforeseen issue is discovered we will communicate with you immediately. Transparency is key and we will ensure you’re informed about anything happening inside your home. Our team will skillfully investigate the extent of the problem and provide you with options on how to best address the issue.
Our collaborative approach and expertise will help you navigate these types of unforeseen problems as quickly as possible, with a thorough and solidly constructed solution.
Our extensive planning process takes everything we’re aware of into account, whether we can see it yet or not. We plan for any additional steps needed to keep your home functional during construction, such as installing a temporary bathroom sink or adjusting the work plan to accommodate constraints at the work site.

Ben and Bret have consistently been excellent at communication and execution of a wide variety of projects. They did general demolition and construction, two bathroom remodels (multiple rooms in both baths), tile wainscot, trim, and tile flooring with in-floor heat, created a custom platform for the raised soaking tub, maple flooring, and laundry room remodel. Ben was very straight-forward about the damage and what could and should be done. We worked out a plan/budget with his help identifying options. Supply chain problems caused some delays, but that wasn't the contractor's fault and Ben did everything possible to adjust to get things done. The crew were polite, responsive, diligent and conscientious about cleaning up. The work was carefully and professionally done. I recommend them without reservation.
