It all started with an expansive tile job. 

Ben opened Frame to Finish in early 2020, after more than a decade in the construction industry. He and Bret have known each other for years and when it became apparent that his current job was going to be a lot to handle, he called Bret for some help. During that job, the two began a working relationship based firmly in integrity and service to the client. They found a shared belief that no request, no adjustment is unimportant if it increases the client's satisfaction in their finished product. This belief became the basis for the company they would grow together.

We are more than 100 jobs beyond that bathroom today, with multiple crews performing all aspects of construction work, but the idea that client satisfaction is the only truly important facet of our work carries forward. We believe in establishing a culture with who we hire, how we train, and how we present ourselves in the home that our clients are glad to have us around, despite the fact that that might mean the loss of their master bathroom for a few weeks.
